Izoduwa Ebose-Holt, leader of CES, has over 15 years of experience in labor and employment and Human Resources.  Izoduwa, a Cleveland-area native, earned a B.A. in History from Duke University and a J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where she was a Senior Editor of the Case Western Reserve Law Review.  Izoduwa practiced labor and employment and litigation at the Cleveland office of Squire Sanders (now Squire Patton Boggs).  She then used her law firm experience to segue into the Human Resources Consulting field to lead the function at private sector, government, and nonprofit organizations. Izoduwa is a Certified Crucial Conversations Trainer.
